Judy wanted to provide a means for publishers to easily generate their ezines so they looked good and delivered well. She knew an ASCII text ezine, properly formatted, would reach the most people across all operating systems and email software being used.

It was to be an ezine template, something simple to help publishers each step of the way. It was to be easy and fun. Publishers would need no programming or technical skills to use it for starting their own ezine.
There would be "help" links for those who were uncertain about how to proceed. And there would be clear directions for ezine publishers on how to copy and paste their templates right from the website.
Judy's response to why Master Form was chosen as the software to support the ezine template was, "Jackie said that after researching all cgi programs, Master Form was the best program to use. That was all I needed to hear."
The result was Judy's EZ Ezine Template.
The template has existed for several years and has been used thousands of times. It has even been featured in and recommended by Lockergnome.
