You can ban email addresses.
This may be a business saving feature if some person ever uses your recommend form to harass someone. Simply ban the addressee's email address and that person can't send email from your form, any more.
The "Offensive Language Filter" allows you to list any words, variable words, and phrases that you deem offensive.

good for a certain amount of time, or

The temporary download link is generated only after a successful form submission, which means cheaters can't just go to your "thank you" page and get the URL.
