When I switched from Windows to Mac, the software I missed the most was Xenu's Link Sleuth™. If you're on Windows, it's something to give a try.

Today, Mari found Integrity - Website Broken Link Checker, for Mac OSX and I'm ecstatic. It has a similar interface to Xenu. Yet, Integrity is faster and, in my opinion, better. Reports can be exported in several different ways.

Both of the above are free to download and use.
