Printer-Friendly Results Page with Master Form V4

We found a need for a new Master Form V4 feature while creating the new http://TellThePresident.US/ web site. This is a site to facilitate the writing of messages to the President of the United States of America. The process culminates with a letter on a printer-friendly page to be printed and mailed.

During testing, we noticed a problem.

When more than one paragraph was typed, it was all globbed together into one block of text in the generated letter.
