The reponse is a script with a file upload form and upload confirmation message integrated within it. The form is about 400 pixels wide and about 100 pixels deep. The dimensions depend on which browser is displaying the form. Make an iframe or popup for the form (example of both further below). The URL of the iframe or popup window is the URL of the script.
