Master Survey
Feedback is invaluable.
With feedback, you get to know your visitor's point of
view. Armed with that knowledge, you can make your site
and your products ever more irresistible.
But many people feel comfortable talking to you only if
you provide an opening.
Surveys are an excellent opening. Just say "If you were
going to change the colors of this site, what colors would
you choose?" and provide answers next to checkboxes or in
a multi-select listbox.
They click the button and you have more insight of your
visitor's point of view.
Doing enough of this, and looking at the answers with an
open and inquisitive mind, can result in an internet
business acumen many are longing for.
Site visitors usually don't know your business and the
limitations it might impose on your website's design and
function. But they do know their own preferences, and many
will gladly tell you all about them.
Make your visitors comfortable. Make it easy for them.
Make your site reflect your visitor's, or at least your
ideal customer's, preferences and they will like you. Given
a choice, they will buy from you before buying from a site
they don't particularly like.
The Master Survey administration program asks a few
questions and generates the forms for you. Just copy
and paste them into your web pages.
It keeps track of as many different surveys as you want to
generate. Each survey has its own database, created when
you create the survey. As the survey is used, its database
is updated.
Each survey answer set can be radio buttons, check boxes,
drop-down listboxes, or multi-choice listboxes. Methods
can be mixed to meet your survey needs.
You can choose whether or not to show survey results after
someone answers your survey. If you want to show results
independent of whether or not they answer your survey, you
can do so. You can also keep the results a secret, if you
want.
The results' bar graph can be a color you specify or one
of the predefined colors -- your choice.
You design your own results page. Just put the code
[INSERT_RESULTS]
where you want the results inserted. Master Survey
calculates and displays the results from the always
updated results database.
It's easy.
