No doubt every web site owner answers the same questions over and over.
So we put up the FAQ page. That helps, but a percentage of folks don't make it to the FAQ page. They write to you first.
Here's a strategy for answering repetitive questions quickly with attention to providing a positive experience for your potential customer.
Write an article that addresses the question giving
full coverage of the problem and solutions.
Drop a plain text version of the article into
your Autoresponder Bank.
Next time the question is asked, offer a mailto:
link where the article can be retrieved.
For example- if you were to write us to ask "What is an Autoresponder Bank", this could be the reply:
Hi!
Thanks for asking about our Autoresponder Bank. Not only is it a treat for your site visitors (offer tons of information with instant access), the information ends up on the visitor's computer and can be referred to again and again.
