Put these two files on your server. In can be in your default web page directory or a subdirectory:
AttentionTickerControlPanel.php
AttentionTickerInclude.php
Type the URL of AttentionTickerControlPanel.php into your browser.
The software will try to create a directory and data files. If it can not do so, it will present you with instructions on what to do next.
