Terms of Service

These terms and conditions of service (TOS) apply to all services related to Pro.Rate™ services and subscriptions ("Pro.Rate") provided by Bontrager Connection, LLC, the willmaster.com domain, and the flowto.info domain and subdomains ("Us", "We", or "Our"). As the purchaser or subscription holder or user ("You" or "Your"), You must agree to all terms and conditions of the TOS, without reservation.

Your use of Pro.Rate is subject to Your compliance with the TOS.

An account for the use of Pro.Rate (Account) is provided until Your account is cancelled or otherwise terminated. The Pro.Rate rating area information (Rating Area) is retrieved from Our servers with JavaScript customized for the Account (Pro.Rate JavaScript). The Pro.Rate JavaScript must be put into the source code of web pages at the location where the Rating Area is to be published (Rating Area Pages) before the Rating Area can be delivered.

Should Pro.Rate JavaScript be put on web pages with a nonexistent or cancelled username, or on web pages of any domains not specified in the purported username Account record, We may deliver information messages or ads (Ads) in lieu of a Rating Area.

You may cancel Your Account at any time, for any reason, including disagreement with the TOS, dissatisfaction with service, or because You are having a bad day. To cancel Your Account, send a message to Us using one of these methods, ensuring correct contact information and Your Account username are provided:

Send an email to Our email address on the contact page.

When a cancellation occurs, whether initiated by You or by Us, You must remove the Pro.Rate JavaScript from all Rating Area Pages. When Accounts are cancelled but the Pro.Rate JavaScript remains on Rating Area Pages, We may deliver Ads in lieu of the Rating Area.

Unless otherwise specified in the TOS, when a cancellation occurs, whether initiated by You or by Us, and if the cancellation occurs when Your Account is 30 or less days old, all payments made for Your Account will be refunded.

We will endeavor to have Pro.Rate available to You at all times. However, We will not be liable if, for any reason, Pro.Rate is unavailable at any time or for any period. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, server or software upgrades or transfers, or maintenance resulting in service interruption. We will not be liable for loss or damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise if Pro.Rate becomes unavailable or is suspended for any reason. The availability of Pro.Rate service is not guaranteed.

You expressly agree that Your use of Pro.Rate is at Your sole risk.

We may store any and all information related to the use of Pro.Rate to have it available for debugging, to trace or foil cracking attempts, to measure use and/or obtain statistics, and to help Us determine how to make the service more useful, faster, safer, and easier to use. Any personally identifying information that may be collected is never voluntarily shared with any other person or entity — the exception being in case Pro.Rate is sold or otherwise transferred.

Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Pricing changes will not apply to periods already paid for.

We may modify the TOS at any time and at Our sole discretion. Whenever the TOS changes,

an email notice will be sent to the email address in Your Account record, if available, and
a notice will be prominent the next time You sign into the Pro.Rate control panel.

If any modification is unacceptable to You, Your only recourse is to cancel Pro.Rate service.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to Us or any Pro.Rate customer.
Using Pro.Rate on any web sites containing
- hate, racism, bigotry, or material promoting harm or injury against any group or individual,
- materials promoting or providing instructional information about unlawful practices,
- trademarks or copyrighted material without permission of the trademark or copyright owners,
- materials deceptive and possibly harmful to others, whether or not the material is illegal, or
- materials that exploit, abuse, or defame.
Using Pro.Rate on any web site that benefits from, or receives traffic because of, unsolicited email.
Using Pro.Rate at a level of use so high that it could or does adversely affect other users.
Using Pro.Rate on any but Your own web sites on domain(s) You own.
Rent, lease, sell, give away, or otherwise transfer Your subscription and/or rights to it, in whole or in part, to any other party.
Attempting to reverse engineer Pro.Rate services or software.

We may cancel Your Account if the email address of record is invalid or undeliverable.

We may cancel Your Account or reduce the level of service to that of free accounts if You are paying for Pro.Rate and the period paid for expires.

We may send an email to Your email address of record whenever We are aware of information directly related to Pro.Rate that We think You will want to know about. This would be information such as Pro.Rate changes, TOS changes, or Pro.Rate upgrade offers.

At Our sole discretion, We may cancel Your Account for any reason, including but not limited to Your violation of any provisions of the TOS, Our need to perform maintenance, improvement, or any other services to the website, and in order for Us to safeguard the integrity of Pro.Rate.

You are solely responsible for the use of Your Pro.Rate account and the confidentiality of Your password. If You believe that Your password has been misused or otherwise compromised, You should contact Us immediately so that access can be suspended and/or access permissions or procedures changed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of Pro.Rate by any person or entity, regardless of whether We are informed of the possibility of damages in advance. These limitations apply to all causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, Our negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation and other torts.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to Pro.Rate or its service. We disclaim all such representations and warranties, including, for example, but not restricted to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
