These terms and conditions of service (TOS) apply to all services related to Stock Ticker Box subscriptions ("Stock Ticker Box") provided by Bontrager Connection, LLC, the stocktickerbox.com domain, willmaster.com domain, the flowto.info domain and subdomains ("Us", "We", or "Our"). As the purchaser or subscription account holder ("You" or "Your"), You must agree to all terms and conditions of the TOS, without reservation.

Your use of Stock Ticker Box is subject to Your compliance with the TOS.

Stock Ticker Box accounts are non-transferable.

You may terminate Your Stock Ticker Box account at any time, for any reason, including disagreement with the TOS, dissatisfaction with service, or because you are having a bad day. To cancel Stock Ticker Box service, send a message to Us using one of these methods, ensuring Your contact information and/or Stock Ticker Box username are correct:

• Use the "message" text box on the "Welcome" page of Your Stock Ticker Box control panel (cookie- and JavaScript-enabled browser required).

• Click the "Contact" link at http://willmaster.com/ and use the form or clickable email link.

We may terminate Your Stock Ticker Box account for any violation of TOS provisions or for non-payment of subscription fees,

If Your Stock Ticker Box account is terminated and Your account has existed 30 days or less, all payments made to Your account will be refunded.

You agree to remove the Stock Ticker Box JavaScript from Your web pages within 7 days after Your Stock Ticker Box account is terminated. If the JavaScript is not removed within 7 days after Your Stock Ticker Box account is terminated, We may, at Our discretion, deliver advertising or other messages to Your web site so long as the JavaScript remains on Your web pages.

We will endeavour to have Stock Ticker Box available for You at all times. However, We will not be liable if, for any reason, Stock Ticker Box is unavailable at any time or for any period. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, server or software upgrades or transfers, or essential maintenance, that is not completed without service interruption. We will not be liable for loss or damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise if Stock Ticker Box becomes unavailable or is suspended for any reason. The availability of Stock Ticker Box service is not guaranteed.

You expressly agree that Your use of Stock Ticker Box is at Your sole risk.

We may store and review information related to the use of Stock Ticker Box for debugging, to measure use and/or obtain statistics, and to help Us determine how to improve Stock Ticker Box. Your personally identifying information is never voluntarily shared with any other person or entity — the exception being in case Stock Ticker Box is sold or otherwise transferred.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Pricing changes will not apply to periods already paid for.

We may modify the TOS at any time and at Our sole discretion. Whenever the TOS changes,

• an email notice will be sent to Your private email address, if such is available in Your account record, and
• a notice will be prominent the next time You visit Your Stock Ticker Box control panel.

If any modification is unacceptable to You, Your only recourse is to cancel Stock Ticker Box service.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to Us or any Stock Ticker Box customer.
• Using Stock Ticker Box on any web site that benefits from, or receives traffic because of, unsolicited email.
• Using Stock Ticker Box at a level of use so high that it could or does adversely affect other users.
• Using Stock Ticker Box on any but the domain specified on the Account Information page of the Stock Ticker Box control panel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer Stock Ticker Box services or software.

Non-payment for services may result in immediate cancellation.

At Our sole discretion, We may suspend Your use of Stock Ticker Box for any duration and for any reason, including but not limited to Your violation of any provisions of the TOS, Our desire to perform maintenance, improvement, or any other services to Stock Ticker Box-related web sites, and in order for Us to safeguard the integrity of Stock Ticker Box.

You are solely responsible for the use of Your Stock Ticker Box account and the confidentiality of Your password. If You believe Your password has been misused or otherwise compromised, You should contact Us immediately so that access can be suspended and/or access permissions or procedures changed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of Stock Ticker Box by any person or entity, regardless of whether We are informed of the possibility of damages in advance. These limitations apply to all causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, Our negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation and other torts.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to Stock Ticker Box or its service. We disclaim all such representations and warranties, including, for example, but not restricted to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
