These terms and conditions of service (TOS) apply to all services related to In-Form™ forms and subscriptions ("In-Form") provided by Bontrager Connection, LLC and the flowto.info domain and subdomains ("Us", "We", or "Our"). As the purchaser or subscription holder ("You" or "Your"), You must agree to all terms and conditions of the TOS, without reservation.

Your use of In-Form is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may cancel In-Form service at any time, for any reason, including disagreement with the TOS, dissatisfaction with service, or because you're in the middle of a bad day. To cancel In-Form service, send a message to us using one of these methods, ensuring your contact information and/or In-Form™ username are correct:

• Use the "technical support" or the "comment" link on the "Help & Guidance" page of your In-Form™ control panel (JavaScript-enabled browser required).

• Click the "Contact" link at http://webform.flowto.info/ and use the resulting form (JavaScript-enabled browser required).

• Send an email to the email address found with the http://bontragerconnection.com/ "Contact" or "Contact Us" link.

Unless otherwise specified in the TOS, when a cancellation occurs, whether initiated by You or by Us, unused payments in Your account will be refunded to You. If the cancellation occurs when Your account is 30 or less days old, all payments made to Your account will be refunded.

We will endeavour to have In-Form available to You at all times. However, We will not be liable if, for any reason, In-Form is unavailable at any time or for any period. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, server or software upgrades or transfers, or essential maintenance, that is not completed without service interruption. We will not be liable for loss or damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise if In-Form becomes unavailable or is suspended for any reason. The availability of In-Form service is not guaranteed.

You expressly agree that your use of In-Form is at your sole risk.

We may store any and all information submitted with any In-Form™ form to have it available for debugging, to trace or foil cracking attempts, to measure use and/or obtain statistics, and to help us determine how to make the service more useful, faster, safer, and easier to use. Your personally identifying information and the personally identifying information of your form users is never voluntarily shared with any other person or entity — the exception being in case In-Form is sold or otherwise transferred.

Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Pricing changes will not apply to periods already paid for.

We may modify the TOS at any time and at our sole discretion. Whenever the TOS changes,

• an email notice will be sent to your private email address, if such is available in your account record, and
• a notice will be prominant the next time you visit your In-Form control panel.

If any modification is unacceptable to You, your only recourse is to cancel In-Form service.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to Us or any In-Form customer.
• Using In-Form on any web sites containing
  • hate, racism, bigotry, or material promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual,
  • materials promoting or providing instructional information about unlawful practices,
  • trademarks or copyrighted material without permission of the trademark or copyright owners,
  • materials deceptive and possibily harmful to others, whether or not the material is illegal, or
  • materials that exploit, abuse, or defame.
• Using In-Form on any web site that benefits from, or receives traffic because of, unsolicited email.
• Using In-Form at a level of use so high that it could or does adversely affect other users.
• Using In-Form on any but Your own domains. In-Form subscriptions and forms may not be resold or given away or used on domains You do not own.
• Attempting to reverse engineer In-Form services or software.
• Using In-Form to collect credit card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information. You acknowledge and understand that any data You collect through In-Form will be passed on to You in an unencrypted manner.

Non-payment for services may result in immediate cancallation.

At our sole discretion, We may suspend or terminate Your use of In-Form for any duration and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of any provisions of the TOS, Our need to perform maintenance, improvement, or any other services to the website, and in order for Us to safeguard the integrity of In-Form.

You are solely responsible for the use of your In-Form account and the confidentiality of your password. If you believe that your password has been misused or otherwise compromised, you should contact Us immediately so that access can be suspended and/or access permissions or procedures changed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of In-Form by any person or entity, regardless of whether We are informed of the possibility of damages in advance. These limitations apply to all causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, Our negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation and other torts.
