Downloads and License Transfers

To download immediately after purchase —

WillMaster CGI single-domain software programs are custom generated for the licensed domain name. At the product page you'll find a "Generate..." link. When you're at the generation form, the domain name you specify for the program is the licensed domain name. You'll need to provide your purchase receipt number to generate the program.

To download after the first copy has been downloaded —

After the program has been generated for a domain name, that domain is the licensed domain name. No receipt number is needed to generate additional copies of the program so long as the licensed domain name is specified.

To change a licensed domain name —

We recognize that sometimes there may be a desire to change a licensed domain name. A domain can be sold, or abandoned, or the change may be desired for another reason.

We reserve the right to limit licensed domain name changes and/or stop making licensed domain name changes altogether, whenever we may decide to do so.

To request a licensed domain name change, use the contact link below and request the license change by providing the following information:

1. The name of the program for the license change.

2. The currently licensed domain name.

3. The domain name you wish the license transferred to.

4. A statement about why you want the licensed transferred.

5. A statement to the effect that you have, or will, delete the originals and any copies of the program you have generated for the currently licensed domain, and that you have, or will, remove all installations of the program at the currently licensed domain.

Changing the licensed domain name requires that we manually modify the database to replace the old domain name with the new. We may request an advance payment of a $15.00 service fee to modify the database.

When the license change is complete, you can generate the program; no receipt number is needed so long as the newly licensed domain name is specified on the generation form.
