Subject: Accessing MasterBoard archive and notifications not being sent

Hello,
I have two questions:
1. How can I make archive forum topics accessible from a link?

2. My install of MasterBoard is not sending notifications. What is wrong? I am pretty sure that I pointed to my sendmail.

An upcoming version automatically inserts an archive link once archives are available. Release notifications are send with the weekly WillMaster Possibilities ezine. See http://willmaster.com/possibilities/

Verify that you actually do have the correct path to sendmail, being pretty sure isn't certainty. Common typos are forgetting to put the "/" at the beginning of the path, "user" instead of "user", and missing the -t flag. Test what you've specified against another script that sends mail, like Master Feedback for example, and see if it works there.

Also verify that the email address is is being sent to is valid.

You were RIGHT ON THE NOSE about a valid email address. I was still using the "webmaster" in the filed foremail address of the CGI form and this was causing me some issues.

Thanks again =-)

A further question, how can I make links work from within a posted message? as an example if I included http://www.willmaster.com as a link is there a way to make it function without having to copy and paste it into a new browser window?
