alternating email addresses on form submittal

Here's a challenge:

I am designing a website for a client who will have an online form where visitors can enter their email address and subscribe to receive email notifications. My client wishes to have these messages automatically alternate between two email recipient addresses so that both sales people have equal opportunity to receive new leads from the website.

Can Master Form or one of the other scripts be customized to do this?
