Master Form V4 Generation Form

After you have purchased Master Form V4 for your domain, use this form to generate your custom copy of the program.

When you answer the few questions and click the button, the download will begin.

The download is one ZIP file containing your custom copy of Master Form V4 with all necessary files, including documentation.

Note: Once you have generated the program, the domain name you specified is the licensed domain name. If you should move to a different hosting company or your settings change for other reasons, just come back here and generate another program with the new information. The licensed domain name is your pass. No receipt number needed.

If you need to ask your hosting company's tech support for the answer to a question, these questions are worded so you can use them verbatim.

What is the directory location of Perl version 5+ (to be used as the first line of Perl scripts)?

Examples:

#!/usr/bin/perl
#!/usr/local/bin/perl

(Note:

If you ask your hosting company, the tech support might or might not include the characters "#!" in front of the location. That's okay, either way works here.)

Is .cgi or .pl the correct extension for Perl scripts?

(Note:

If in doubt, try .cgi)
