Installation for our single-domain licensed software is now Free!

Now, when you purchase one of our single-domain licensed Single-domain software titles, we will perform the initial installation at no additional cost.

Note: After we provide the first installation, if you want us to move your software to a new server or want the software re-installed for any other reason, the regular installation fee below will apply.

To receive your free installation —

Send your PayPal transaction ID provided at time of purchase, FTP URL, FTP username, and FTP password plus the URL of your hosting company's online manual or technical FAQ via our Secure Server form. For titles that connect to MySQL, the URL, database name, username, and password also need to be provided.

Before relaying sensitive information, please read this. Note, if the FTP log-in or MySQL information you provide is incomplete or incorrect, this will only delay the installation process. Please verify the information.

We install our software on Unix and Linux servers.

Installation means the program is installed on your server and tested. If applicable, a working form or web page is provided which you may copy to create other forms or use as a guide to modify other web pages.

Relaying sensitive information:

Before providing us with sensitive information, such as passwords, you must agree to hold us harmless in case any of the information is compromised. You may wish to change passwords and other sensitive information after we no longer need it. It's good practice to do so, and we encourage it.

Discount:

If we install more than one software title at the same time on the same server, you pay full price for the highest priced installation and half price for the rest.
