What is the domain name where Master Secure File Viewer will be used?

Note:

Master Secure File Viewer will only work when it is generated with the domain name on which it will be used. This must be the domain name of the secure server where it will be installed.

If you are uncertain about what domain name to specify here, first:

Obtain a copy of Master Pre-Installation Tester (free) from https://www.willmaster.com/software/pit/
Install Master Pre-Installation Tester on the same secure server where you want to install Master Secure File Viewer.
Access Master Pre-Installation Tester with the https://... URL to the script.
Use the top selection in the control panel.
On the page the program displays next, scroll down until you find a line beginning with "SERVER_NAME" — and note the domain name following it.

Then, come back here and specify the domain name you noted with Master Pre-Installation Tester.

What is the directory location of Perl version 5+ (to be used as the first line of Perl scripts)?

Examples:

#!/usr/bin/perl
#!/usr/local/bin/perl

(Note:

If you ask your hosting company, the tech support might or might not include the characters "#!" in front of the location. That's okay, either way works here.)

Is .cgi or .pl the correct extension for Perl scripts?

If in doubt, use .cgi)
