PHP Pre-Installation Tester

With PHP Pre-Installation Tester, you can test your server to see if it meets a PHP script's requirements before you buy/download and try to install it. (To test for Perl CGI scripts, see Master Pre-Installation Tester.)

Use this software to:

Test if the MySQLi or PDO_MySQL extensions are available.
Test a connection to MySQL or a specific database.
See whether or not PHP is configured so it can create files and directories on your server.
Find out lots of information about your PHP installation:
- General information — Configuration file location, build date, web server info, system info, more.
- Loaded modules and their settings.
- Environment variables information.
- Predefined variables from environment, GET, POST, cookie, and server.
- Current local and master values for PHP directives.
- PHP license information.
